Honey Bunny Cake

HONEY BUNNY CAKE
Such a pretty Spring cake. (Also a bit healthier.) EZ prep too!

INGREDIENTS:
1 package yellow or white cake mix
4 egg whites
1 cup sour cream
2/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

CRUMB FILLING:
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

GLAZE: (Optional)
1-1/2 cups powdered sugar
2 Tbls. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Prepare bundt pan.
(I just PAM spray it really well.)

2. In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, egg whites,
sour cream and applesauce. Beat on medium for two minutes.

3. Pour half the batter into bundt pan.

4. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over the batter.
Cover with remaining batter. Cut through with a knife and swirl.

Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
Cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan. Cool thoroughly.
Glaze or garnish as desired.
