Have You Been Kissed Today ?

In my neverending quest to be creative and imaginative, I have been scouring our stores here in Olympia for various kinds of Hershey’s Kisses (and other suitable candies) to make new and different Chocolate Pretzel Rings, Buttons Bites.

I’ve been making Christmas tins full of them in every different flavor and assortment known to man. Just ask my postman, my mechanic, my landlady, our handyman, the doctor’s staff, our VT sisters, former co-workers, and you can be sure it’s not over yet. Why must I (and my entire family) exaggerate everything to the outer limits?

Now, in all this madness, I have become somewhat of an expert on these tasty morsels. I researched them on the internet and was stunned to find that the flavors, varieties and “special editions” never end. Perhaps you will be surprised as well. How many have you seen, bought, or heard of? Or did I miss any varieties that you have found in your area?

I have come to the conclusion that the western USA is not considered an “early adopter” like the east coast so it takes a while to get some of them in the stores here. Oh wait, maybe it’s just Olympia and if I went to Seattle I could do better. Oh well, have a look at this list. You will be amazed. Think of the vast possibilities!
